LCARC Net Preamble

 Weather and information net preamble

QST, QST, QST. This is (your call sign) calling the Lawrence County ARC weather and information net.

This net meets each Tuesday evening at 8 pm on the 147.045 repeater, the alternate frequency should it be needed is 147.045 simplex.

My name is (State your name), I am located in (Your Location) and I will serve as net control for this session.

This is a directed net and all stations will check in through the net control station, if any amateur has emergency or priority traffic, please interject your call sign and you will be acknowledged by net control. This net is open and all amateurs are invited to check in.

At this time I will stand by for any stations with emergency or priority traffic?  (If there is traffic listed, pass traffic at this time)

Are there any announcements?  (If announcements, take them now, make notes, and be prepared to recap at end of net)

We will now take regular check-ins, please come one at a time, give your call sign phonetically and call (your call sign).

Any late check-ins for the Net?

(Recap announcements.)

Any questions or other business before we close the net?

I would like to thank all (number of check-ins) for coming by tonight and invite everyone to come back next Tuesday evening at 8 pm. This is (your call sign) your Net Control Station closing the Lawrence County Amateur Radio Club Weather and Information Net and return the repeater back to normal operation.  73!
