The meeting was called to order.

There were 12 in attendance.

The past secretary read the minutes from last month

The treasurer gave the Treasurer Report.  The current balance is $2105.38.  There is a deposit to be made for seven membership dues.  There are currently 21 paid members.

Club president brought up and it was discussed to purchase a 2 meter radio to serve as a backup radio for the repeater.  No motions were made.

K5BMD made a motion to apply for ARRL Affiliated Club status.  The motion was seconded by K5MRW.  The club secretary will be filing for ARRL affiliation and for a quote on ARRL backed club insurance.

KE5VXJ brought to the floor the subject of interfacing with the public at public events.  W5MDP made a motion to rent a booth at the Iron Mountain Festival.  The motion was tabled until research could be done on cost, antenna restrictions, etc.  K5MRW volunteered to gather this information.

W5CWD made a motion to adjourn.  KE5VXJ seconded.  Meeting was adjourned.
